Hilton Court's 18th Century stable-block and courtyard once housed and fed horses, pigs and cows.

It has now been tastefully renovated to provide Pembrokeshire's visitors and locals alike with homemade mouth-watering dishes.

The setting is cosy, relaxed and very friendly, and in good weather many visitors prefer to dine 'al fresco' in the courtyard.

We are open 7 days a week in daytime only, from 10.00am to 04.30pm.   This has allowed us to concentrate on a truly imaginative menu.
