We provide a "carry to car" service for disabled customers and for those customers who are unable to carry their purchases themselves.

- The driveway from the parking area to the Centre is smooth asphalt.
- There are public toilets with facilities for disabled visitors.
- Access to all the Craft Units, Restaurant and Tea Room are ramped.
- Doors to all our facilities are a minimum width of 750 - 850mms.
- All routes within the Gardens and Crafts area are well signposted.
- All parking areas are within 50 - 100m of the Entrance.
- Most path gradients are less then 1:20.
- The fire exit signs are clear and the exit level is ramped.
